A: All orders ship within 24 - 48 business hours. If your order can't ship within 48 hours, we will notify you. We encourage you to place your order early to insure sufficient time for delivery. A: Depending on your location, most orders arrive in 3- 4 business days after they have shipped.

A: All orders ship via UPS Ground Shipping. Throughout the checkout process, you will have the option to upgrade to other faster UPS shipping services (3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air). Q: Do I have to be home to sign for delivery?
A: Generally there is no signature required, however, it is up to the discretion of the UPS driver. If you're not available to sign, it's a good idea to leave a note for UPS.
Q: Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
A: Yes, just follow the instructions in our Shopping Cart. For Vintage/Used items, we will require additional address verification.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You can track your order through the shipment confirmation email you received by clicking on the link provided in that email. You can also call our Customer Service Team at 1-888-686-7872 or email us at email@example.com and they will track your order for you.
Q: What if I receive my order and simply don't like one or more products?
A: Give us a call at 1-888-686-7872 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll give you instructions for shipping your item(s) back to us. Calling before you return the item(s) allows us to give you a Return Authorization Numberwhich is the fastest way to receive a refund! When we receive the product(s) back, we will credit your account.
