No Minimum No matter how small the item — guitar strings, cables, accessories, and more — if the product is listed as "Free shipping available", and the manufacturer allows us to ship it free, we will. Unlike other retailers' policies, there's no minimum purchase required.

Exceptions International addresses are not eligible for this offer. See individual product listings for exceptions due to manufacturer's rules and regulations.

On Select Vintage Used and New Items No minimum purchase amount is required. That's right. Continental U.S. delivery addresses only. Free shipping does NOT apply to international addresses. Thousands of items qualify for free shipping! (Ineligible items include special orders and oversized or overweight products.)

Most orders ship the same day — and we have a late "same day" cutoff We use UPS Ground shipping for fast, reliable service. More potential savings! Chicago Music Exchange does not collect sales tax for purchases made from outside Illinois.
