The Braun Custom Straps Heavy Relic are hand-crafted in Buenos Aires, Argentina with the finest leather, some of the most experienced leather craftsmen, and the latest technology in leather-working.
Over 3 decades of knowledge of rich leather traditions are put into selecting the perfect types of hides that will yield the robust, durable, and extremely comfortable straps that match our strict quality standards.
The exclusive Heavy Relic Process is applied by hand, one by one, to each and every strap, after they have been manufactured. This process is specifically designed to enhance the natural and unique characteristics of an old noble piece of leather that's been rocking around for decades.
Our straps are made with 2 layers of hand-milled natural leather and an exclusive "rubber soul" central layer. They’re all firmly stitched and glued to a width of 6.5 cm (2 9/16"), resulting in a softer and bigger contact surface that provides extraordinary comfort on your back and shoulder, no matter how heavy your instrument is.
The straps can be adjusted anywhere between 112 cm (44 3/32") and 145 cm (57 3/32"), providing the perfect fit for most guitar and bass players.
