Body: Laminate body
Neck: Maple neck with a large and soft “V” profile, 1 7/8” wide nut, maple fretboard (stained black), 20” radius, and diamond inlays
Pickups/Hardware: Open-back tuners, no electronics
Cosmetic Condition: This is one eye catching resonator! The body is covered in play wear, with its plentiful dings and surface scratches. The neck has plenty of texture to be felt, most notably behind the nut due to the repair. The headstock has its fair share of play wear, with plenty of minor scratches visible. This Dobro is ready to go bro!
Playability: The action is high as the the guitar is set up for slide playing. This Dobro would benefit from a neck reset for lower action.
Modifications/Repairs: This resonator has been refinished. It appears to have been a square neck that was converted to a Spanish style. The headstock has been reglued. The tips on the treble tuners and many of the screws throughout have been replaced. The neck joint has been glued and is stable.
Weight: 4lbs 10oz
Case: Non-original chipboard
