Body: Semi-hollow, maple laminate
Neck: Three piece mahogany neck with a medium “C” profile, 1 1/2” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 12” radius, and dot inlays
Pickups/Hardware: Gibson tuners, two pickups (Patent number sticker bridge pickup), three-way pickup selector switch, Inductor switch, independent volume and tone controls
Cosmetic Condition: The checking pattern on this Gibson gorgeous! The top has its fair share of finish swirling and dings, as well a couple of small finish chips along the edges, and one more noticeable blemish near the bottom of the bass side f-hole. The back and sides display a good amount of buckle rash, as well as a moderate amount of light dings and scratches. The neck has plenty of light dings and scratches, but feels nice and smooth. The headstock has plenty of edge wear, as well as a good amount of scratches, completing the look of this vintage beauty. Gibson, you’ve done it again!
Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.
Modifications/Repairs: One tuner has been replaced. Two saddles have been replaced. One knob has been replaced.
Weight: 9lbs 1oz
Case: Original hardshell
