Body: Hollow maple laminate

Neck: Mahogany neck with a medium/large ‘50s style profile, 1 11/16” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 12” radius, and dot inlays

Pickups/Hardware: Kluson-style tuners, one P-90 (rated at 7.4kOhms), volume and tone controls (The top bobbin of the p90 is in pieces so some of the wires have come out of the coil and are disorganized.)

Cosmetic Condition: The top has some nice fine checking lines in the lacquer but overall the guitar is clean for the most part with just some light blemishes. The back and sides are in nice shape with more checking but mostly minor scuffs and dings in the finish. The neck has some heavy checking as well as some other blemishes in the lacquer but overall it still feels great to play. The headstock has some usual chips and dings around the edges but no signs of cracks or repairs. This ES-225 has held up great over the years!

Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.

Modifications/Repairs: The guitar has had a recent neck reset. Repro tailpiece. There is a spacer added beneath the pickup to get it closer to the strings. The tuners have been replaced with gold colored Kluson style tuners.
