Body: Maple

Neck: Mahogany neck with a 60’s slim taper profile, 1 11/16” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 12” radius, and dot inlays

Pickups/Hardware: Gibson Deluxe tuners, two humbuckers (rated at 7.9 kOhms in the neck and 7.9 k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, independent volume and tone controls

Cosmetic Condition: I love 339’s because they are small-bodied guitars but still have the big semi-hollo feel of a 335 and they look classy. This 2011 ES-339 is no exception to my admiration. The body is looking good, the sunburst finish is dark and warm and there are only some faint scratches on the top of the body. The pickguard has been removed but is included in the case, so there are screw holes exposed on the top and side of the guitar. The sides are looking good. The back has faint buckle wear. The neck is smooth and glossy with just a few light dents that are hard to notice. The headstock doesn’t show any signs of fracture or break and the edges are crisp. There is some residue on the headstock near the Gibson emblem. This 339 is playing great and fit for the mainstage!

Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.
