Neck: Maple neck (dates to 74-75) with a medium “C” profile, 1 9/16” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 12” radius, and dot inlays
Pickups/Hardware: Gibson tuners, two humbuckers (rated at 8.4 kOhms in the neck and 15.7 k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, volume and tone controls (visible 75 pot code)
Cosmetic Condition: The top is looking great, with plenty of light scratches and dings, as well as a small dent along the edge of the treble side lower bout. The back and sides show a small amount of buckle rash, as well as even play wear in the form of dings and scratches. The neck is nice and smooth, while the headstock displays just a bit of edge wear along the crown. This Wine red Gibson has us feeling floaty!
Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.
Modifications/Repairs: Replaced pickguard, pickup rings, screws, and pickups (Duncan Sh-8B in bridge and unknown Dimarzio in neck). Very minimal routing in pickup cavities.
Case: Original hardshell
