Cosmetic Condition: Wowza. This late 40’s Gibson LG-1 is gorgeous. The sunburst body has plenty of gorgeous wear and checking lines throughout the body. The top of the guitar has two large scratches in it. The sides have a mild amount of edgewear and a sizable dent on the bass side bout. There is a hole drilled for an input. The back of the body has a few scratches and dents and mild buckle wear. The neck has a fair amount of small marks but is playing excellent. The headstock has a lot of wear on the edges and some scratches on the top. There is residue from a sticker on the back. This LG-1 will have any player swooning!
Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board. The guitar would benefit from a neck reset.
Modifications/Repairs: There is a hole from the pickup on the side. The tuners have been replaced.
