Neck: Mahogany neck with a medium, soft “V” profile, 1 5/8” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 16” radius, and dot inlays
Pickups/Hardware: Open-back tuners, no electronics
Cosmetic Condition: The body on this 1948 beauty is aging wonderfully! The top has plenty of finish swirling and light play wear, but overall is holding up nicely. The back and sides are nearly as clean, though there are a few small dings and surface scratches to be found. The neck is nice and smooth, and feels great, while the headstock has a few light dings along the top edges. This Martin is the man!
Playability: The strings are nicely with medium/low action, and play well. The guitar would benefit from a neck reset for optimum playability.
