Body: Spruce top with mahogany back and sides (made by Gibson)
Neck: Mahogany neck with a medium-round profile, 1 5/8” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 12” radius, and dot inlays
Pickups/Hardware: Kluson-style tuners, one single-coil, volume and tone controls (Electronics all original)
Cosmetic Condition: The finish is in better shape than you’d expect for a guitar from the ‘50s. There are average dings and dents as well as some light buckle rash but no structural damage or heavy wear. The neck lacquer is well worn but the guitar plays great with no large dents or chips in the neck. The headstock has some lacquer wear on the side from a guitar hanger but otherwise it is clean with mostly light dings and no signs of any cracks or repairs. This is a gorgeous National with a Gibson built body that looks as good as it sounds! Incredible booming low end and a beautifully warm acoustic sound!
Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.

From Taylor: Beautifully crafted in Sapele/ Mahogany, this stand features a laser-etched Taylor logo, a rich satin finish, and rubber pads to protect your guitar’s finish
