Finish Details: Original finish aside from various small touchups on the top.

Hardware: Original hardware except for replaced bridge, saddle and bridge pins. -- Alternate tuning machines were installed at one point leaving screw holes which have been filled
Modifications/Repairs: -The guitar has been refretted. -The bridge, saddle and bridge pins have been replaced. -There are numerous top cracks on either sides of the bridge. The original bridge plate has been removed and an oversized maple bridge plate has been installed to reinforce the top. -The nut has beed shimmed up to accommodate taller frets. -There is a repaired crack in the back of the neck. This is stable and not affecting playability.
Case Details: Hard shell case
Cosmetic Condition: This Guild 12-string shows nice aging and play wear. Various nicks, dings, and other blemishes exist throughout.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action. The frets are tall with minimal play wear.
