Modifications/Repairs: The guitar has been rewired to a control scheme similar to that of a Les Paul. The middle pickup is non-operational and has been disconnected. The pot labeled "Volume" controls the neck pickup volume, and the pot labeled "Tone I" controls the bridge pickup volume. "Tone III" and "Tone II" control the neck and bridge tone respectively. The three-way selector activates the bridge pickup in position one, the bridge and neck in position two, and the neck pickup in position three. The zero fret has been replaced and the switch tip is non-original. The vibrato arm and spring have been removed. There is a crack in the fingerboard running from the 12th to 18th fret that has been repaired and does not affect playability.
Case Details: Hardshell case.
Cosmetic Condition: The guitar is in good condition. The finish is glossy, though worn with age, with light surface scratches and swirling throughout. The guitar has multiple long cracks in its clearcoat and some chipping near the neck pocket and under the tailpiece. The fingerboard has a crack from the 12th to 18th fret that has been repaired and does not affect playability.
Serial Number: 401898
Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action. The frets are wide and low with minimal signs of play wear. The truss rod has limited adjustability.
