Neck Details: One-piece maple neck with a rosewood veneer board, center pearloid dot inlays and truss adjustment at the heel.
Electronics: Two "gray bobbin" single-coil pickups, on/off/phase 3-way slider switches per pickup, and master volume and tone controls. -- Both the pickups and the pots all date to 1971. -- Electronics are original.
Pickup Measurements: Neck: 5.3 kΩ / Bridge: 5.3 kΩ
Hardware: Original chrome excluding the repro bridge.
Modifications/Repairs: Non-original bridge.
Case Details: Silver and black rectangular hardshell with red/orange interior.
Cosmetic Condition: This fine instrument shows lots of nice age throughout. The body shows checking and only minor nicks and dings. The neck is amazingly clean to the look and blemishes are few and far between. -- The pick guard was glued down at one point in time leaving behind an adhesive residue. This is only apparent upon removal of the guard and is unnoticeable otherwise (see pics).

Tech Notes: This Mustang thing is currently setup with 10 gauge strings, optimal neck relief, and low action. The frets are low and wide only showing light wear. -- The pickups, pots, and serial number date to 1971.
