Neck Details: Two piece mahogany set neck with bound rosewood fingerboard.
Electronics: Original electronics. This guitar was routed for humbuckers but the original pickups have been re-installed. Two patent number sticker pickups, three-way pickup selector switch, volume and tone controls for each pickup. 1971 pot code dates. Some of the solder joints on the harness have been touched up.

Hardware: Original hardware.
Modifications/Repairs: -The body has been routed for humbuckers. Three ply white plastic rings have been fabricated and installed under the metal pickup rings in order to cover the humbucker routes completely.
Case Details: Original hardshell case is structurally secure. A second handle has been added, one side of the original handle has broken.
Cosmetic Condition: This guitar has fairly light wear for its age. -The body has scratches, dents, small finish chips, and buckle rash. -The neck has scratches, dents, light finish checking, and some finish chips around the headstock.

Tech Notes: This guitar is set up with 10 gauge strings and plays well with low action. The truss rod is adjustable. While the pot codes and serial number date to 1971, the embossed pickup covers and medallion date this guitar to 1972.
