Neck Details: Three-piece maple neck with bound Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. The neck has been refretted. Some sections of binding have been glued back in place.
Electronics: The electronics appear original. Era-correct Hi-Lo'Tron pickups are present, with the wiring harness appearing untouched with correct cable and connector wafers. The pickups are out of phase. Standard 60's Gretsch wiring with pickup selector and tone switches, master volume, independent pickup volumes, and mute switch.
Pickup Measurements: Neck 3.27K, Bridge 3.14K
Hardware: The hardware appears mostly original with exception of a replaced switch tip on the mute switch. The bridge base has been routed on the bottom to accept added screws in top to pin the bridge in place, and has been shaven down. The saddles have been glued in place.

Modifications/Repairs: Screws have been added to the top of the body to pin the bridge base in place, the neck has been refretted, the bridge base has been routed on the bottom to accept added screws in top to pin the bridge in place, and has been shaven down. The bridge saddle wheels have been glued in place. A switch tip has been replaced.
Case Details: Original hardshell case.
Cosmetic Condition: This guitar is in good condition with moderate wear. The finish has faded with areas of wear, scratches, and dents throughout. The hardware has a medium patina. The guitar exhibits the typical binding rot that Gretsch guitars from this period are prone to, although a lighter case than some.
Serial Number: 67704
Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. The frets are medium width and tall, showing light wear. The serial number dates this guitar to 1964.
