There are two small finish chips on the neck heel as well, and some open screw holes on the back of the headstock from the original tuners.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action, and is currently set up with 10s. The neck has a slight twist resulting in more relief on the treble side, but the guitar has been set up to accommodate this. The frets are moderately low with light wear. This model date from the 1970s; the lack of a serial number indicates it was from early in the production history, approximately 1974-1975.
