Neck Details: Neck-through design with three piece maple/walnut/maple neck, bound rosewood fretboard, and twin truss rods which adjust at the headstock. The neck has been refretted and the nut replaced; the fingerboard was planed and the finish removed. The fret tangs have cut through the neck binding in some spots.
Electronics: Original pickups and electronics, with 3-way toggle switch and volume/tone controls for each pickup, and mono/stereo outputs. The pot codes date to 1976/1977.

Hardware: The strap buttons and nut have been replaced.

Cosmetic Condition: The bass shows appropriate play wear for its age. The finish is glossy with surface scratches, small dents and dings, other light blemishes. There is a small patch of finish wear along the top of the bass bout, as well as mild buckle rash on the back of the body. The fingerboard binding has numerous splits from the prior refret, caused by the fret tangs cutting into the binding.

Tech Notes: The bass plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. The frets are wide and tall with minor wear, and both truss rods are functional. The pot codes and serial number date the bass to 1977.
