Finish Details: The body has been stripped and refinished in natural. The finish on the neck and headstock appears to be original.

Body Details: Semi-hollow body with maple back, sides, and top. There is a repaired crack in the top underneath the F-hole.

Neck Details: Set-in three piece maple/walnut/maple neck with unbound rosewood fretboard, dot inlays, and twin truss rods with headstock adjustment. The neck has been refretted and the board planed; the fingerboard has not been refinished.
Electronics: Original Rickenbacker "Toaster" pickups and electronic components, with 3-way toggle switch, volume/tone controls for each pickup, and middle position "blend" control. Some solder joints have been repaired, and a bridge ground wire has been added. Some connections also appear to have been spliced as well. The pot codes date to 1966.

Hardware: The knobs do not appear to be original. The nut has a small shim underneath, and the second tier of the pickguard is missing.

Case Details: The guitar will be paired with a gig bag.
Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has a nice aged appearance; the body has been refinished in natural, although some of the original finish is apparent in the cutaways. The body has patches of wear along the edges, along with light dings and scratches, and moderate buckle rash on the back. The back of the neck has moderate finish checking along with some chips, none of which impede playability. There is also some finish chipping around the tuner bodies on the back of the headstock.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief, and is currently set up with 10s. The frets are tall with minor wear. The pot codes and serial number date the guitar to 1966.
