Body Details: Solid maple body with neck-thru construction. There are cracks at the seams between both wings and the center block, visible at the bottom edge and back of the bass.

Neck Details: Maple neck with bound bubinga fingerboard and triangle inlays. Neck-thru construction. Fingerboard appears to have been reglued with a possible truss rod repair.
Electronics: Non-original harness. Bridge pickup is not original. Neck pickup may be original.
Pickup Measurements: Bridge: 10.7K, Neck: 10.5K
Hardware: Non-original tuners, nut, truss rod cover, pickguard. Missing bridge mute. One of the bridge height adjustment screws is non-original.
Modifications/Repairs: -Truss rod cavity has been routed out -Fingerboard has been reglued -Several frets have been removed and replaced -Non-original harness and bridge pickup -The bridge pickup cavity has been routed and the routes have since been plugged -Several of the original pickguard mounting holes have been filled -Non-original tuners, nut, truss rod cover, pickguard, bridge height adjustment screw -Missing bridge mute
Case Details: Original hardshell case. A couple of the latches are broken.
Cosmetic Condition: There is significant wear throughout the bass. Dings, scratches, finish wear and checking all over. Significant finish chipping along the edges of the bass. Mounting holes from original tuners are plugged and visible. A couple of the frets have been pulled and replaced. There are spots on the fingerboard where playwear has worn through the finish.
Serial Number: PJ7108
Tech Notes: Plays well with medium-low action and fairly significant fret wear on small frets. The neck has a bit of twist and relief but sets up well with slightly raised action. Serial number dates to 1976.
