Electronics: Original Kramer single coil pickups and electronics, with 3-way pickup selector switch and volume/tone controls for each pickup. The pickups are wired out-of-phase in the middle position. The pot codes date to 1978.

Cosmetic Condition: The bass shows light cosmetic wear, with light scratches and other small blemishes on the glossy finish. The metal pieces have tarnished with age, and there is some slight finish hazing in spots of the body. The neck is glossy and smooth, with a few small dents on the wood pieces.

Tech Notes: The bass sets up with medium-high action and moderate neck relief, and is currently strung with 40-95 gauge extra light strings. Because there is no adjustable truss rod, heavier strings are not recommended. The frets are medium height with mild wear including small divots up to the seventh fret. The electronics date the instrument to 1978.
