There are scratches, chips, and small dents throughout the body, neck, and headstock. The back of the body has buckle rash and finish chips nicely revealing the mahogany wood. The impression of a large \"56\" decal is just barely visible on the bass side lower bout of the top.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eModifications\/Repairs: \u003c\/b\u003eThe fingerboard was refretted. At some point the tuners were replaced and the back of the headstock was refinished to cover up the holes so the original tuners could be reinstalled. There are imprints on the face of the headstock left over from the previous tuner bushings.
