Rickenbacker 4003AC Al Cisneros Signature Bass Limited Edition
Honoring the SLEEPians and OMziums of the world with a traditional walnut 4003S outfitted for the widely respected stoner rocker, Rickenbacker equips the Al Cisneros Signature with all the Om and Sleep bassist’s specs of choice like a newly reengineered tailpiece and bridge with adjustable saddles, two-way truss rod, dual hot wound treble pickups with bezels, a bound neck and fingerboard, signature pickguard, green “Sleep” inlays and a thumb rest at the base of the neck.
Two Hot-Wound Treble Pickups (w/ Bezels Included)
Dual hot-wound treble pickups leave plenty of space at the neck, essential for Al’s playing style, but if you like to play closer to the bridge the removable bezels open up all kinds of space for pulling skull-shattering riffs out of any part of the body.
Al Cisneros Signature Pickguard
Al’s custom pickguard cuts the classic shape down to its most minimal form, leaving room for the removable thumb rest and letting the neck-through-body design shine.
Newly Engineered Tailpiece/Bridge
The Rickenbacker tailpiece is newly re-engineered to feature adjustable saddles for perfect action and intonation in every note, an absolute necessity when you’ve got to hold some of those notes for 5 minutes.
Removable Thumb Rest
The removable thumb rest helps you play comfortably up on the neck, just like Al, but turn a couple of screws and you can play wherever you want.
Green "Sleep" Inlays
It can’t be Al’s if it’s not green. His green “Sleep” inlays put some of that big, bold aesthetic into the classic Rickenbacker style.
Bound Neck & Fingerboard
It may be Al’s Rickenbacker but it’s still a Rickenbacker, and that means it’s not short on classic Rickenbacker touches like a bound neck and fingerboard.
