Neck: Maple neck with a “C” profile, 1 9/16 wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 7.25 radius, and block inlays. Date stamp is 19 FEB 67 B.
Pickups/Hardware: Original tuners, two original pickups (rated at 9.3 kOhms in the neck and 11.2 k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, independent volume and tone controls
Cosmetic Condition: This Fender has tons of that vintage attitude you’re looking for! The finish has some light checking across the body. The top has some finish wear on the bass side lower bout and a handful of dings. The sides have plenty of edge wear and the back has some buckle rash and dings from years of heavy-duty loving. The neck is still mostly smooth and the finish is worn quite nicely. Some hefty, awesome-looking checking and a bit of edge wear on the headstock complete the package. This Coronado is a real player’s guitar!
Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.
Modifications/Repairs: The nut has been replaced and the guitar has had a refret.
Weight: 6lbs 3oz
