Body: Original finish
Neck: Shenandoah maple neck with a “C” profile, 1 11/16” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 7.25” radius, and block inlays
Pickups/Hardware: Grover tuners, two split-coil pickups dated to 1966 (rated at 10.4 kOhms in the neck and 10.8 k in the bridge), four-way pickup selector switch, volume and tone controls (pot codes date to 1965 and 1966)
Cosmetic Condition: The top on this vintage 12-string has held up quite nicely, with just light scratches and a handful of dings to be found. The back and sides follow suit, with plenty of finish swirling and light dings (mostly along the lower bout). The neck and headstock, though not original, are nice and smooth. This vintage Fender is a perfect 12!
Playability: The strings are set up nicely with medium/low action, play great, and ring out clearly across the board. The truss rod is minimally adjustable.
Modifications/Repairs: Three of the fingerboard inlays have been replaced. The neck is from a Shenandoah 12-string and has extra holes drilled to line up to the correct position, and an added cover to hide the original holes. Repro decal added.
