Body: Ash (stamp reads “7aug69”)
Neck: Maple neck with a “C” profile, 1 3/8” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 7.25” radius, and block inlays
Pickups/Hardware: Fender open-back tuners (rated at 6.8 kOhms in the neck and 6.9 k in the bridge), volume and tone controls (’66 pot codes)
Cosmetic Condition: Wow! What a well worn vintage beast! The body is covered in plenty of scratches, scuff, dings and finish chips. The neck is nice and comfortable, with a handful of small dings to be felt, while the headstock shows some minor edge wear and light scratches. There is some pitting on the tuners, but function as they should. This Jazz bass is ready to rock!
Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.
Modifications/Repairs: The bridge cover is missing, and there is some wear around the screws that have been left behind. The pickguard is worn at the truss rod access point.
Weight: 9lbs 1oz
Case: Non-original hardshell
