Body: Alder

Neck: Maple neck with a medium “C” profile, 1 5/8” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 7.25” radius, and dot inlays

Pickups/Hardware: Kluson Deluxe tuners, two original pickups (rated at 8.6kOhms in the neck and 7.4k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, rhythm/lead switch, volume and tone controls (original electronics with 1964 pot dates and grey bobbin pickups)

Cosmetic Condition: This is one gorgeous example of a Pre-CBS Jazzmaster if we’ve ever seen one. The body is looking great with mostly minor dings and chips around the edges but no serious damage. The Olympic White finish has faded to a slightly more yellow shade, except for a small round spot to the right of the tailpiece. The back and sides have some small chips in the finish as well as other blemishes but no serious buckle rash to be seen. The neck is still nice and glossy for the most part with some very light lacquer wear but no major dings or dents. The headstock is very clean for its age with just a few small chips around the edges. This is one amazing vintage Jazzmaster!

Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board. The frets are small with minimal play wear
