Cosmetic Condition: This guitar is a piece of rock and roll history! The guitar has ridden hard over the years but is still playing flawlessly. The body has an impressive amount of wear. There are heavy dents, scratches and pieces of the finish removed on the front back and sides of the guitar. There is what appears to be burns in the finish near the rhythm circuit. The pickguard has discolored with age and has wear near the truss rod adjustment screw. The edges of the guitar have a heavy amount of scratching all around the guitar. The back of the guitar has many dents, scratches and buckle rash. The neck of the guitar has a lot of lacquer wear as well as more dents and scratches from the head to the body. The head of the guitar has a lot of edge wear and discoloration on the bell of the headstock. There is a chip on the fretboard past the 9th fret from a re-fret job. Hero’s get remembered but legends never die, and this Jazzmaster is looking legendary!

Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.

Modifications/Repairs: The guitar has been refretted. There is some fingerboard chips out on the rosewood from a previous re-fret. A new bone nut has been installed. The high E tuner grommet has been replaced.
