Pickups/Hardware: Fender open-back tuners, one single-coil (rated at 5.7 kOhms), volume and tone controls (pots date to 1981)
Cosmetic Condition: The body on this player has plenty of character giving wear, with plenty of light scratches and dents, a bit of buckle rash, and a few small finish chips. The neck feels nice and smooth beyond a touched up scratch in first position. The headstock shows a small amount of edge wear, as well as a small but noticeable dent along its face. This Musicmaster is ready to rock!
Playability: The strings are set up nicely with medium action. The truss rod is minimally adjustable but the guitar plays well with light gauge strings.
Modifications/Repairs: The nut has been replaced, and the nut slot widened. The pickup and output jack have been replaced. The output jack has been replaced. The pickups has been swapped out for a Mexican Strat pickup.
