This is a way to get a Custom Shop caliber guitar without having to pay Custom Shop prices. This guitar is unbelievably good. The Pure Vintage '59 pickups sound phenomenal. The tastefully reliced daphne blue finish is gorgeous. In short, this is my dream guitar and I am so glad to have finally found it!
Just got my Daphne Blue from CME. I already have 8 Fender Strats including 3 from the Custom Shop. I had been holding off for many years looking for just the right Daphne Blue Strat from Fender. This was the one!. OMG, I think this just might be the best sounding Strat in my collection. The tones sound very snappy and clear (just what I hear in my head as to how a Strat should sound like for me). I also had just bought a Limited Edition Vintera 70’s Strat with Custom Shop 69 Pickups. I thought THAT guitar was the best sounding in my collection, until this one arrived. If you can get one, do it. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much Anderton’s Music and Chicago Music Exchange. I believe they knocked it out of the park with this Limited Edition run.
So far so great. This is my first strat and I’m incredibly happy with it. It’s been ridiculously fun to play, it can take a beating and stay in tune. Some of the wear is a little hokey looking in my opinion (there’s like twelve indents by the input suggesting somebody just drunkenly rammed their cable into the guitar like a madman) But the nitro is really cool feeling, it’s super light, wear on the neck is amazing, plays great, frets felt a little sharp at first but they either wore in or I’m used to it now. The pickups sound great, super balanced, this could maybe use that treble bleed circuit thing because it pokes out crazy at ten and rolls off the tone almost immediately. But again I’m new to strats, it’s a great guitar just some things to get used to.

If the product was shipped for free, the charge will be deducted from refund, unless the reason for the return is outside normal circumstances.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order was received incorrectly, damaged, or defective. Most times we will give you an RA number (Return Authorization). Why is that number important? This will allow us to speed up the process of the return.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee based on the return condition. Some items we just can’t take back for returns, due to a one time function like strings or drums heads and other times it’s not sanitary to do so with microphones or harmonicas.
