Body: Alder, there is a very faint "8" pencil mark inside the control cavity

Neck: Maple neck with a medium-round profile, 1 5/8” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 7.25” radius, and dot inlays (neck stamp reads "8-60”)

Pickups/Hardware: Kluson Deluxe tuners, three single-coils (Rated at 5.5kOhms in the neck, 6.0k in the middle, and 5.9k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, volume and tone controls (Electronics all original with 1960 pots, the ground point solder on the back of the volume pot has been touched up.)

Cosmetic Condition: There are some dents and chips on the front of the body but overall the guitar is looking great for its age. There is some very fine checking lines throughout the finish as well assoem dings and chips around the edges but no structural damage. The neck is clean and glossy for the most part with some lacquer wear along the treble edge but no major chips. There is a half circular rut in the neck pocket from someone trying to back out the truss rod with the neck still attached to the body. There are light sanding scratches on the back of the headstock as well as some small chips around the edges but no cracks or repairs. This gorgeous 1960 Strat was purchased from it's original owner that looks great for its age!

Playability: The guitar plays well with low action and minimal fret buzz. There is some fret wear on the first few frets.

Modifications/Repairs: Solder joints touched up on back of volume pot.

Case: Original hardshell with tremolo arm and bridge cover. There are various "state" stickers on the case.
