Body: Ash (neck heel stamped “1971”)
Neck: One-piece maple neck with a medium “C” profile, 1 5/8” wide nut, maple fretboard, 7.25” radius, and dot inlays
Pickups/Hardware: Fender “F” tuners, two single-coil pickups (rated at 7 kOhms in the neck and 6.2 k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, volume and tone controls
Cosmetic Condition: The body has aged to a beautiful shade of yellow, dappled with decades of play wear and some nicely understated checking lines. The top has several small dings and light scratches, as well as a bit of edge wear and a finish chip along the edge of the bass side lower bout. The back and sides feature a moderate amount of buckle rash, dings, scratches and edge wear. The neck feels smooth and comfortable beyond a few very small dings along the center. The headstock has a fair amount of edge wear and dings, but overall is looking great for its age. This Tele is ready to rock!
Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.
