Finish Details: Original.

Body Details: Maple top, back, and sides. There is a small area of finish on the back of the guitar that has been lightly sanded.

Neck Details: Mahogany neck with bound rosewood fingerboard and parallelogram inlays.
Electronics: Original P-90 pickup. The pickup cavity was opened up for a second P-90 from the 60s. Tone pot has been replaced and re-wired as a blend pot. Original pot and cap are in the case.
Pickup Measurements: Bridge: 7.9K, Neck: 8.3K
Hardware: Tailpiece, tuners, and bridge have been replaced. The original tuners and tailpiece are in the case. The pickguard is missing.
Modifications/Repairs: Tailpiece, tuners, and bridge have been replaced. The pickup cavity was opened up for a second P-90 dating to the 60s. Tone pot has been replaced and re-wired as a blend pot. There is a small area of finish on the back of the guitar that has been lightly sanded.
Case Details: Non-original hardshell case. Contains original tailpiece, pot, cap, tuners, and pickup ring.
Cosmetic Condition: Finish checking throughout. There are several exposed mounting holes around the pickups. Some scratches and finish marring on the sides and back. The neck has some finish chipping and dings. Edges of the headstock are worn and there is an exposed mounting hole on the back of the headstock.
Serial Number: A21498
Tech Notes: Plays well with low action and light fret wear. Serial number dates to 1954, pot dates to 1955. This guitar is a factory second.
