The back of the body near the neck pocket has a couple holes that have been doweled, apparently for reinforcement from a neck repair. Mounting holes from the original tuners are visible on the back of the headstock. There are finish scratches throughout the guitar. A section of the binding on the treble side of the neck between the nut and first fret has been replaced.
Tech Notes: Plays well with low action and some fret wear. There is no serial number or label on the guitar. Block inlays and chrome pickup covers date this guitar to no earlier than 1962, while the position of the neck/body joint date to pre-1968.
