Body: Mahogany

Neck: Mahogany neck with a medium “c” profile, 1 11/16” wide nut, Mahogany fretboard, 12” radius, and dot inlays

Pickups/Hardware: Gold Firebird tuners, Gold Hardware, two humbuckers (rated at 6.0 kOhms in the neck and 6.0 k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, independent volume and tone controls

Cosmetic Condition: Take a moment to sit down and wipe the sweat off of your forehead. This 1976 Gibson Firebird V is b-e-a-utiful. The body has accrued a good amount of playwear on the top back and sides. The top has many dents and pick marks, and the gold hardware has patinated nicely. The edgewear exposes the mahogany beneath the finish in a really charming way. The back of the body has some marks and buckle rash. The neck is in great shape, showing only a handful of small marks and nicks in the finish. It feels great. The headstock has some checking lines and edgewear but no fractures or breaks. This Firebird is a real work of art!

Playability: The guitar plays well with low action. The frets are wide and low with some string wear. There is still plenty of life left in the frets.

Modifications/Repairs: The strap buttons have been replaced.
