Body: Mahogany with a spruce top

Neck: Mahogany neck with a “c” profile, 1 11/16” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 12” radius, and dot inlays

Pickups/Hardware: Kluson Deluxe tuners, no electronics

Cosmetic Condition: This well-worn J-50 is a beauty. The top of the body has some intense playwear that has carved out the top of the body. It also appears to have been a lefty at some point in its life by the outline of a pickguard on the now bass-side of the body. The sides of the body have many nicks and scratches. The back has a lot of buckle wear and small scratches. The neck shows heavy lacquer wear but is in great shape. The headstock has some light edge wear and small scratches on the face. This J-50 has songs to sing!

Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.

Modifications/Repairs: The finish has possibly been oversprayed and has been worn through in numerous places but has been sanded off the neck. There are several crack repairs with cleats. The sound hole has been modified. The guard has been replaced. The neck has been reset. There is severe wear from strumming. The tuners, saddle and bridge have been replaced. Reglued bracing.
