Neck: Mahogany neck with a wide/thin “C” profile, 1 11/16” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 12” radius, and trapezoid inlays
Pickups/Hardware: Gibson Deluxe tuners, two humbuckers (rated at 7.3kOhms in the neck and 7.4k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, independent volume and tone controls (Electronics all original with 1987 pot dates and Patent number embossed pickups)
Cosmetic Condition: The finish has held up nicely has held up great over the years and has only has some minor dings and dents. The guard has some usual play wear and the hardware is a bit tarnished but overall the guitar is looking good. The back has a handful of light scratches in the lacquer but no serious buckle rash or damage. The neck and headstock are glossy for the most part with just some minor dings and dents but nothing that does much to affect the playability. This SG is looking nice for its age!
Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.
