Body: Mahogany

Neck: Mahogany neck with a medium “D” profile, 1 11/16” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 12” radius, and block inlays

Pickups/Hardware: Gibson tuners, two original tar-back humbuckers (rated at 5.1 kOhms in the neck and 7.3 k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, independent volume and tone controls (original pots date to 1977)

Cosmetic Condition: The body of this vintage beauty is covered in dings, small dents, scratches and plenty of edge wear. There is a finish crack along both sides of the neck pocket leading to the neck pickup. The bridge and tailpiece show a significant amount of finish flaking, adding some nice character. The neck has a fair amount of texture with the most noticeable chip located behind the 11th fret. The headstock has plenty of dings, scuffs and scratches, as well as a repaired crack along the volute. This Gibson is tour approved!

Playability: The strings are nicely set-up with medium-low action and play well, even with a slight twist to the neck.

Modifications/Repairs: The headstock had a repaired crack at the volute.
