Body: Maple laminate
Neck: Maple neck with a large “C” profile, 1 5/8” wide nut, ebony fretboard, 16” radius, and dot inlays
Pickups/Hardware: Original tuners, original pickup (rated at 4.1 kOhms), two three-way selector switches, master volume
Cosmetic Condition: The top has some light swirling and some of the hardware is tarnished but the finish is in excellent condition. The sides have a bit of wear and the binding has some attractive crackling and discoloration from age. The back has some hefty buckle rash even despite the back-pad which is in great shape. The neck is surprisingly smooth given its age and the headstock has some wear but is looking good. This Gretsch is ready to rumble!
Playability: Plays well with medium action. The truss rod is not adjustable, so the bass plays best with light guage strings.
Case: Original hardshell
