Neck: Maple neck with a “C” profile, 1 5/8’ wide nut, ebony fretboard, 14” radius, and thumbnail inlays
Pickups/Hardware: closed-back tuners, two pickups (rated at 4 kOhms in the neck and 4 k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, three-way tone selector, independent and master volume controls
Cosmetic Condition: The top has plenty of play wear, with finish swirling and a few small finish chips also noticeable. The back shows a few scuffs, while the sides and edges have a significant amount of binding deterioration. The neck has a fair amount of texture, but overall feels slick and comfortable, while the headstock shows a moderate amount of edge wear, as well as a handful of nicely developing checking lines along its face. This Gentleman is ready to rock!
Playability:The guitar sets up nicely with thicker gauge strings (12’s ideally), as lighter strings will be buzzy. The truss rod has limited adjustability.
Modifications/Repairs: The felt is missing from the mute. there is a fair amount of binding deterioration/shrinking throughout.
