Body: Hollow maple
Neck: Mahogany neck with a small “D” profile, 1 7/16” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 14” radius, and dot inlays
Pickups/Hardware: Two single-coils (rated at 4.9kOhms in the neck and 7.4k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, independent volume and tone controls
Cosmetic Condition: The body shows its age with some nice checking lines as well as a fair amount of scuffs, scratches, and small chips. The back has some signs of buckle rash but nothing that has worn through the finish. The neck is well worn with finish missing along the edges and some spots of lacquer missing down the center. The checking lines continue up the neck but end before the headstock which is clean for the most part with only minor finish wear around the edges and no cracks or repairs. This Viking is ready to sail.
Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board. There is moderate fret wear but overall the frets are in nice shape for their age.
