Body: Spruce top with mahogany back and sides
Neck: Mahogany neck with a medium, soft "v" profile, 1 11/16" wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 16" radius, and dot inlays
Neck Thickness: .83" at the 1st fret, .95" at the 12th fret
Pickups/Hardware: Grover open-back tuners, no electronics
Cosmetic Condition: This '63 Martin 000-18 is RAD. The top of the body has some small dents on the bass side, as well as light pick marks on the guard. The sides have some light play wear. The back shows buckle rash as well as edge wear. The neck is looking good, with some wear near the fretboard and a small dent near the third fret. The headstock has heavy hangerwear and edgewear around the tuners. This Martin is a classic.
Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.
Modifications/Repairs: Plays well with low action. There is some string buzz past the 12th fret. A refret would remedy this problem but the guitar plays very well as is.
Case:non-original chipboard case
