Body: Spruce top with rosewood back and sides
Neck: Mahogany neck with a medium “C” profile, 1 11/16” wide nut, ebony fretboard, 16” radius, and dot inlays
Pickups/Hardware: Sperzel open-back tuners, no electronics
Cosmetic Condition: The top has great character, with a handful of checking lines, dings, scratches and dents. The back has a few small dings and scratches, but overall is in great shape, while the sides shows a few dings and small dents. The neck and headstock are nice and smooth with just a few minor dings to be found. This Martin is only looking better with age!
Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.
Modifications/Repairs: The guitar has had a recent neck reset. There is a small shim visible between the neck heel and the body. Repro bone nut and saddles have been installed. The tuners were replaced with Sperzel Grand Tune tuners.
