Cosmetic Condition: This 1970 Martin 12-string is dreamy. The body is in stellar condition for its age, with just some light marks of playwear in the form of faint pick scratches on the body. The pickguard has shrunk over time. The neck is smooth and glossy with just a few light dents. The headstock looks great. This Martin 12 string is a natural!
Playability: The strings are nice and low, play great, and ring out clearly across the board.
Modifications/Repairs: The guitar has had a neck reset.
