We worked with the Line 6 engineers on this (pictures attached). It has a toe switch configured to work with the new rack mount version of the Helix. Line 6 are only going to recommend this pedal and the new rack mount takes up to 4 pedals (and has no built in pedal itself, so customers have to buy them separately). It will also work with the floor version,but the toe switch will be redundant as the floor version does not have a switch input. Our regular EP1-L6 has been tested by Line 6 and works perfectly- so this would be the recommendation for this.
