Lowering the Tele Twang
The 75th Anniversary Player II Baritone Telecaster joins a family of Telecasters that celebrate three-quarters of foundational tone, with entries that celebrate what the Tele has been, and look to what it can be in the future! The Player II Baritone Telecaster is primed for today’s players, with a modern “C” profile neck with a silky satin finish, and a 9.5” radius slab rosewood or maple fingerboard with smooth rolled edges!
Player Series Alnico V Single-Coil pickups offer up a hotter tonal profile, a perfect match for the thundering nature of the lower scale length, while preserving the instantly identifiable growl and twang that made the Telecaster a legend! Finally, a 6-saddle bridge, block steel saddles, and ClassicGear tuners ensure precise tuning stability.
A Big Cat with A Deep Growl
Introducing Fender’s new Limited Edition Player Fusion Series, aimed at redefining the building blocks of heavy music! Sitting at the heart of this new lineup is the Fusion Baritone Jaguar, which goes lower, hits harder, and gives extended-range players access to a beloved Fender profile!
The cornerstone of the Player Fusion Baritone Jaguar is the redesigned circuit, matched to a pair of high-output humbuckers! The classic Jaguar rhythm control circuit has been cleverly redesigned to house a “Spin-a-Split” circuit, which progressively transforms the humbuckers into single coil pickups for a leaner, more cutting tone! The Fusion Baritone Jaguar also contains Fender’s proprietary Treble Bass Expander tone stack potentiometer, which functions as a standard tone control between 1-5, then decreases resistance, pleasantly scooping your tone and letting more bass, treble, and output flow to your amp! This makes it easy to boost your signal ever so subtly with the turn of a knob!

Squier’s Paranormal Series reimagines some of Fender’s most popular designs through their history to help players paint with new sonic palettes, and the new Squier Paranormal Baritone Jazzmaster HH adapts the Jazzmaster for those who like to tune low and play loud! A 27” scale length and a pair of Fender-Designed alnico humbucking pickups deliver a thunderous presence, with plenty of ability to clean up your tone when you roll off the volume knob.
The Adust-o-Matic bridge, stopbar tailpiece, and vintage-style tuning machines allow you to focus on your performance, not on your tuning and intonation. A comfortable “C”-shaped neck profile and Indian Laurel fingerboard and satin urethane neck finish ensure that this guitar feels like an old musical companion the first time you pick it up!
