Introducing | Frank Brothers Guitar Company
Explore the Magic of the Newest Electric Guitar Brand at CME, Which Taps Into the Retro Character of ‘60s and ‘70s Japanese Imports!
What do Trey Anastasio, Clay Cook of Zac Brown Band, and Ariel Posen all have in common? They’ve all been seen wielding Frank Brothers Guitars! Started by Nick, Jon, and Tim Frank in 2014, are building upon their family history of award winning music production for the next generation of performers! Together, they are building a lineup of models that stand out in a crowded field, inspired by the unique retro-cool styling of ‘60s and ‘70s Japanese imports to craft a family of guitars. Unlike those catalogue guitars of yesteryear though, each Frank Brothers guitar features a handmade quality, countless hours of craftsmanship, and carefully chosen specifications that define the playing experience of each instrument, such as an extra-deep neck tenon and their trademark blended heel.
Chicago Music Exchange is the newest place to find new Frank Brothers Guitars, so call us today at (773)525-7773, chat with our sales team on our website, or stop in to our Lincoln Avenue Showroom to experience the magic of Frank Brothers Guitars for yourself!
Our first new Arcade One features a Korina body and neck, with aged amber body binding and a rosewood fingerboard with a 12” radius, adding to the feel of a beloved musical companion from yesteryear! On the tonal end, this Arcade One is aided by a pair of V.O. Humbuckers, which is Frank Brothers’ proprietary take on the most beloved PAF humbuckers.
Thinline, Massive Tone!
The Arcade Thinline is a chambered version of the Arcade, with all the same features, but a different tonal personality! The large cavity on the bass side not only makes the guitar lighter, but increases its resonance and acoustic projection, mirroring the soaring feel of beloved semi-hollowbody guitars of yesteryear.
This particular Arcade Thinline commands any audience with a genuine mahogany body and maple top, finished in Oxblood. The VO Humbuckers also tap into the soaring tones that cemented the legacies of many guitar heroes who found themselves drawn to the most classic semi-hollowbody designs over time!
Much More Than a Blip!
One of the newest additions to the Frank Brothers Guitars family, the Radar Deluxe continues their philosophy of reaching into the past to create something fresh! This is the first guitar by the brothers to feature a 24.75” scale length, a more formal nod to the angular design and new feel of the distinctly redesigned guitars coming out of Kalamazoo in the early ‘60s.
Command your sonic territory with this new Radar Deluxe! Sporting a genuine mahogany body and maple top, all finished in Sage Green. The Soapbar P90s deliver a raw and punchy tone, with a thick midrange and plenty of bite on the top end.
SHOP FRANK BROTHERS AT CME!Upon reviewing the Arcade, Guitar Magazine’s Chris Vinnicombe remarked that “Instruments as good as this have a habit of stopping time”, and we couldn’t agree more! Each guitar from Frank Brothers walks the line between impeccable craftsmanship, and a character that both stands apart from, and fits in with the spirit of the most classic silhouettes in the electric guitar landscape. This is why we’re excited to be the newest dealer of Frank Brothers Guitars! If you don’t see the exact guitar you’re looking for, Frank Brothers offers a deep list of customization options for their entire lineup, so call us today at (773)525-7773, chat with our web sales team, or stop into our Lincoln Avenue Showroom to grab the Frank Brothers Guitar for you!
