Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has light play wear for its age. There is light finish checking, scratches, and dings throughout the headstocks, necks, and body. The finish on the fingerboard binding has worn with play wear. There is some light buckle rash on the back. There is a small crack in the top corner of the middle pickguard. There is evidence of a crack repair on the top and back of the body along the center seam.

Serial Number: 471832

Tech Notes: -Both necks play well with low action and minimal neck relief. The action on the 12-string neck is slightly higher than the action on the 6-string neck due to a slight twist in the neck between frets 12 and 20. The frets are fairly low with only minor signs of play wear on both necks. -The serial number and pot codes indicate a production year of 1974 for this guitar. There is an oval indentation around the serial number. It is the same shape as the oval decals used on Gibson guitars in 1976 and 77. The serial number font is also slightly different from the usual font. This guitar may have been built in 1974 but not shipped until later. Because the double necks were sometimes sold as special orders it is not uncommon to have inconsistent serial numbers and appointments.
