The Double Cat is a solidbody guitar with sound chambers, two pickups, 22 frets and a 648 mm scale.
The body of the Double Cat is made of solid alder, which is generously hollow-milled before the flat maple top is glued on. The design is rounded off by a striking Cat-Eye F-hole. This solid wood construction with resonance chambers, along with a glued-in maple neck, give the Double Cat its special tone that musicians all over the world have come to love.
The Double Cat is equipped with our not without reason most used pickup combination. It consists of a traditionally wrapped GrandVintage humbucker on the bridge and the warm creamy Domino P90 single coil in the neck position. In the middle position of the 3-way switch, certain low-center frequencies are filtered out of the humbucker signal, resulting in a very transparent and versatile sound.
Each of our instruments is equipped with our own hardware. From mechanical buttons to bushing plates, we design them with the utmost dedication to the little details, to build instruments that are unique and completely unique.
