Finish Details: Professional refinish and aging
Body Material: Alder
Body Details: Solid one piece alder body, which has been fully refinished and aged. There is a "62" pencil date in the neck pocket.
Neck Material: Maple
Fingerboard Material: Brazilian Rosewood
Neck Profile: "C" profile
Neck Thickness (IN): .82" (1st fret), .99" (12th fret)
Fingerboard Radius: 7.25"
Nut Width: 1-1/2"
Scale Length: 34"
Neck Details: Bolt-on maple neck with unbound Brazilian rosewood veneer fretboard, dot inlays and heel-adjust truss rod. The neck heel has a "7SEP62A" stamp. The finish on the neck appears original; the logo is original but has been clipped.
Electronics: Original Fender Jazz bass single coil pickups and wiring harness, with independent volume controls for each pickup and a master tone control. The pots are made by Stackpole and their codes date to 1962.
Pickup Measurements: 6.8k (neck), 7.1k (bridge)
Hardware: The string mute assembly is not original; the felt for the mute is also missing.
Modifications/Repairs: -The body has been beautifully and professionally refinished and aged. It even black lights old. -The string mute assembly has been replaced
Case Details: Original hardshell case. The upholstery inside the case is separating from the wood but is secure; the top latch on the case is non-functional.
Cosmetic Condition: The bass has been professionally refinished and aged, and shows wear consistent with an aged body. The neck is nicely worn in and smooth with a few small marks, and there is some finish wear along the edges of the headstock.

Tech Notes: Plays well with low action and optimal neck relief; the neck sights straight and the truss rod is adjustable. The frets are narrow and moderately low with some light wear. The heel stamp, pot codes, and serial number all date the bass to 1962.
